everyone has their own way of making jerk chicken,this is my receipe for jerk chicken, which is simple well seasoned,saucy and spicy!!!! Grace chicken seasoning,ground blk pepper,blackened seasoning,Grace jerk seasoning. lemon juice to wash the chicken, 2 - 3 tbsp,depending on the amount. 2 pound bag of wingets. cook between 200 - 250 depending on oven.
